Sarah Sanger
Attorney, Owner

I started in US business immigration as a new college graduate in 2007. This was an interesting beginning as it came during the first major AOS surge and also right before the major housing market crash that redefined the corporate landscape, especially in the finance and tech sectors. Despite the turbulent beginnings, I fell in love with this area of law and continued to work as a paralegal and law clerk in this space until graduating from the Washington College of Law in 2012.

Over the course of my career, I have gained deep insights into the myriad of ways US employers operate and approach immigration compliance. I have learned from experience to advise clients based on the totality of their business needs, goals and identity, rather than viewing decision-making solely from a narrow immigration compliance lens. After the results of the 2024 US presidential election, I decided to change from traditional legal practice as an attorney in large firms to providing custom advisory services that focused solely on employer immigration strategy.

I am barred in DC and have been a regular speaker on practice and wellness management at the AILA National annual conference, as well as at other legal practice venues. I am a dual US/Canadian citizen living in Toronto, who travels frequently throughout North America. Hablo español con fluidez mai hélas mon français c’est tres mal. I believe in internationalism and cross-border connection.
